Paul CEO At Covisint

Covisint LLC replaces newly appointed president and CEO Bruce Swift with Bob Paul. Swift, named to the post in April, is leaving to become president of Metaldyne Corp.'s Driveline & Transmission Group.

Paul has been with Covisint since October 2001 and was most recently senior vice president-sales and marketing. Previously, he was president and chief operating officer of Synapz, a provider of Web-based supply-chain management applications.
