Australia vehicle sales totaled 77,406 units for May 2011, down 13.2% vs. May 2010.
May 2011 vehicle sales increased 4% compared with April 2011 sales.
2011 sales through May totaled 400,084. This was down 5.3% over the same period in 2010.
Toyota was the leader in vehicle sales with a year-to-date total of 74,987, resulting in a 18.7% market share.
