Australia Vehicle Sales Down 2.3% in May

Australia vehicle sales totaled 94,562 units for May 2014, down 2.3% vs. May 2013. 

May 2014 vehicle sales increased 17.2% compared with April 2014 sales.

2014 sales through May totaled 441,642. This was down 2.9% over the same period in 2013.

Toyota was the leader in vehicle sales with a year-to-date total of 83,122, resulting in an 18.8% market share.
