Australia Vehicle Sales Down 5.2% in April

Australia vehicle sales totaled 80,710 units for April 2014, down 5.2% vs. April 2013. 

April 2014 vehicle sales decreased 17.0% compared with March 2014 sales.

2014 sales through April totaled 347,080. This was down 3.1% over the same period in 2013.

Toyota was the leader in vehicle sales with a year-to-date total of 65,273, resulting in an 18.8% market share.
