Brazil Vehicle Sales Down 1.8% in March

Brazil vehicle sales totaled 300,592 units for March 2012, down 1.8% vs. March 2011. 

March 2012 vehicle sales increased 20.5% compared with February 2012 sales.

2012 sales through March totaled 818,387, down 0.8% over the same period in 2011.

Fiat is the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 173,537, resulting in a 21.2% market share.
