Brazil Vehicle Sales Down 9.6% in May

Brazil vehicle sales totaled 287,590 units for May 2012, down 9.6% vs. May 2011. 

May 2012 vehicle sales increased 11.6% compared with April 2012 sales.

2012 sales through May totaled 1,363,763, down 4.8% over the same period in 2011.

Fiat is the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 286,520, resulting in a 21.0% market share.
