Holt, Pollak to Speak at DrivingSales Summit Presented With WardsAuto
Attendees of the second annual event, Oct. 18-20 in Las Vegas, will include the nation’s most-successful and forward-thinking dealers.
John Holt and Dale Pollak, indisputable leaders of automotive digital media and both of whom have been much in the news lately, have joined the lineup of the DrivingSales Executive Summit Presented with WardsAuto.
Also part of the program is Scott Monty, head of Ford Motor Co.’s social-media initiative, cited as one of the best in the auto industry.
Monty and fellow social-media strategists Jeremiah Owyang and Dan Zarrella are the keynote speakers.
The second annual event will be Oct. 18-20 at the Encore luxury resort in Las Vegas. Attendees will include the nation’s most-successful and forward-thinking dealers.
Holt is the founder of Cobalt Group, a digital marketing firm acquired this summer by Automatic Data Processing Inc. He now is ADP Dealer Services’ vice president-Digital Marketing Group.
Pollak is founder of vAuto, a leading provider of advanced software for dealership used-vehicle management, pricing and inventory optimization. Last month, AutoTrader.com announced it was acquiring vAuto, making it a separate subsidiary and retaining Pollak because of his expertise.
At the conference, he will offer his unique perspective on how to maximize dealership profits and operations.
Holt will partake in a “fireside chat” with DrivingSales.com’s founder Jared Hamilton.
The conference program includes expert panels, interactive breakout sessions and dealership case-study presentations focused on the theme, “Innovating Dealership Profit Centers in the Recovery Economy.”
Also on the card are industry experts such as Brian Pasch discussing advanced search-engine optimization strategies; Eric Miltsch speaking on social-media tactics; and Grant Cardone talking about how technology has altered the role and skills needed in a top sales team.
