Japan Vehicle Sales Down 6.0% in October

Japan vehicle sales totaled 396,508 units for October, down 6.0% vs. October 2013.

October 2014 sales decreased 23.6% compared with September 2014.

2014 sales through October totaled 4,714,819, up 4.9% over the same period in 2013.

Toyota was the leader in year-to-date vehicle sales, with total of 1,321,712, resulting in a 28.0% market share.
