Japan vehicle sales totaled 522,760 units for September, up 17.0% vs. September 2012.
September 2013 sales increased 42.5% compared with August 2013.
2013 sales through September totaled 4,073,267, down 4.8% over the same period in 2012.
Toyota was the leader in year-to-date vehicle sales, with total of 1,196,980, resulting in a 29.4% market share.
