Japan Vehicle Sales Up 2.1% in December

Japan vehicle sales totaled 431,918 units for December, up 2.1% vs. December 2013.

December 2014 sales increased 3.8% compared with November 2014.

2014 sales through December totaled 5,562,886, up 3.5% over the same period in 2013.

Toyota was the leader in year-to-date vehicle sales, with total of 1,536,949, resulting in a 27.6% market share.
