Russia Vehicle Sales Up 23.2% in December

Russia vehicle sales totaled 266,424 units for December 2011, up 23.2% vs. December 2010.

December 2011 vehicle sales increased 5.1% compared with November 2011 sales.

2011 sales through December totaled 2,787,508. This was up 38.3% over the same period in 2010.

AutoVaz was the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 578,387, resulting in a 20.8% market share.
