- Russia vehicle sales totaled 234,610 units for July 2011, up 26.0% vs. July 2010. This increase is a result of the government scrappage system and the recovery of Russia’s economy.
- July 2011 vehicle sales decreased 9.4% compared with June 2011 sales.
- 2011 sales through July totaled 1,527,002. This was up 49.3% over the same period in 2010.
- AutoVaz was the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 342,058, resulting in a 22.4% market share.
