- Russia vehicle sales totaled 252,875 units for October 2011, up 26.2% vs. October 2010. This increase is a result of the government scrappage system and the recovery of Russia’s economy.
- October 2011 vehicle sales increased 1.5% compared with September 2011 sales.
- 2011 sales through October totaled 2,265,554. This was up 41.7% over the same period in 2010.
- AutoVaz was the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 493,187, resulting in a 21.8% market share.
