Spain Vehicle Sales Down 5.9% in October

Spain vehicle sales totaled 67,679 units for October 2011, down 5.9% vs. October 2010.

October 2011 vehicle sales increased 4.5% compared with September 2011 sales.

2011 sales through October totaled 784,484, down 18.0% over the same period in 2010.

Volkswagen is the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 144,226, resulting in an 18.4% market share.
