U.K. Vehicle Sales Up 8.9% in May

U.K. vehicle sales totaled 204,790 units for May 2013, up 8.9% vs. May 2012.

May 2013 vehicle sales increased 8.9% compared with April 2013 sales.

2013 sales through May totaled 1,078,217. This was up 9.1% over the same period in 2012.

Ford was the leader in year-to-date sales with a total of 161,640, resulting in a 15.0% market share.
