EuroMotorcars of Bethesda, MD, relocated its Mercedes-Benz service and parts department into a larger, newly renovated facility, which used to house EuroMotorcars Acura.
The new 14,000-sq.-ft. service facility is more than double the size of the previous location and is one of the largest car dealership service and parts facilities in the area, according to Nick Scanniello, executive vice president of EuroMotorcars.
The facility has increased the dealership's number of service bays from 29 to 50 and doubles the number of technicians.
"I've always believed that the most critical aspect of the relationship with our clients is service," says Mr. Scanniello. "Usually we sell them a car every three to four years but we service their car every three to four months. So, how effective and pleasant we make their service experience plays directly into keeping them as an ongoing client."
