NADA exec takes vice president's job at Bell & Howell's automotive unit

Bell & Howell's Publishing Services division, which provides electronic parts catalog systems for automotive parts, named Lee Poseidon senior vice president and general manager of its Global Automotive business unit.

Most recently, Mr. Poseidon was chief operating officer for dealer services at the National Automobile Dealers Association. Prior to NADA, he was a principal in the consulting firm Growth Partners Inc., where he managed projects for Bell & Howell and NCR Corp. involving new market growth strategies and global merger and acquisition opportunities. He's held a number of executive positions at Reynolds & Reynolds.

At Global Automotive, Mr. Poseidon will administer the company's electronic parts catalog systems business. With catalog systems for 19 of the world's largest automakers, Bell & Howell technology is used by more than 35,000 automobile dealerships worldwide.

Mr. Poseidon succeeds Chuck Rotuno, who's now president and CEO of OEConnection, a new on-line automotive parts and service portal formed by Bell & Howell, DaimlerChrysler Corporation, Ford Motor Co. and General Motors Corp.
