Resource Automotive debuts a new system, VIP Total Dealership Solutions, intended to enhance dealership profitability.
It's billed as a first-of-its-kind integrated process-improvement program designed to deliver enhanced operating efficiencies throughout the entire dealership organization.
VIP Total Dealership Solutions draws on Resource's dealer services of training, consulting and products. It provides a three-phase holistic approach to dealership profit improvement.
Phase one consists of an operations assessment from a process and financial standpoint. Second is the creation of a unique and proprietary VIP solution. The final step is plan implementation, utilizing Resource's team of automotive professionals.
