Dealer, Comic Pair Up

Peter Blacksberg, owner of Beverly Hills (CA) Ford, partnered with comic Jaime Foxx's “Learn Through Laughter” program for a holiday toy drive.

The duo asked for toy donations to fill a 2004 Ford Excursion. All donations of up to $3,000 were matched by Blacksberg and distributed to the Kids In Solitude organization in Los Angeles.

”It is important for businesses to understand the needs of our consumers and actively pursue events that improve their quality of life,” says Blacksberg.

When not running his dealerships, he coaches his daughter's basketball team and his son's football team. He's a member of the Beverly Hills Automotive Retail Council and the Economic Development Committee. He was the recipient of the Muscular Dystrophy Assn.'s Humanitarian of the Year Award.
