Ford Motor Co. says it is cutting prices on its ’07 F-150 pickup by an average of $1,400.
By cab style, average price reductions will be $720 for Regular Cab models; $830 for SuperCabs; and $949 for SuperCrews.
The auto maker also announces the addition of two new body styles for the ’07 F-150 – the Ford F-150 FX2 Sport and Ford Harley-Davidson SuperCrew.
Additionally, Ford is increasing the ’07 F-150’s maximum tow rating by 600 lbs. (272 kg), bringing it to a class-leading 10,500 lbs. (4,263 kg), the auto maker says.
F-Series sales in the U.S. have been soft so far this year, with deliveries down 12.3% through July.
