Ford Motor Co. reportedly is recalling 134,365 ’05 Ford Escape and Mercury Mariner cross/utility vehicles to adjust padding on the driver’s side of the interior for better side-impact protection, the National Highway Traffic Safety Admin. says.
No reports of injuries have been linked to the problem, a Ford spokeswoman says.
