Ford Motor Co. says its ’08 Taurus sedan will begin at $23,995 when it goes on sale this summer.
With optional all-wheel drive, the Taurus will start at $25,845. Prices include a $750 destination and delivery charge.
The Taurus, formerly called the Five Hundred, comes standard with a 3.5L V-6 engine and a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Pricing for the Taurus X cross/utility vehicle, scheduled for a late summer debut, will be announced closer to launch, Ford says.
