Ford Motor Co. notifies NYSE Arca Inc. (formerly the Pacific Exchange) that it is withdrawing listing of its shares of common stock on the NYSE Arca in order to avoid dual regulatory insight and dual listing fees.
Trading of Ford common stock still will be available on NYSE Arca on an unlisted basis.
Ford will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange and other exchanges outside the U.S., the auto maker says.
