Ford Motor Co. appoints Neil Schloss vice president and treasurer, replacing Ann Marie Petach, who has elected to leave the company.

Schloss, formerly assistant treasurer for Ford, will report to Don Leclair, executive vice president and chief financial officer. His appointment is effective immediately.

Petach, who joined Ford in 1984, has accepted a position at BlackRock, an investment management firm, the auto maker says.
