American Honda Motor Co. Inc. says the new ’07 Civic Si sedan will begin at $21,290, the same price as the ’07 Civic Si coupe.

Adding high-performance summer tires brings the Si sedan to $21,490.

Honda also offers a voice-activated navigation system and XM Satellite Radio as a $1,750 option for the Civic Si.

Like the 2-door Si, the sedan has a standard 2L 4-cyl. engine making 197 hp. The mill is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission with a helical-type limited slip differential.

Standard safety features include six airbags, antilock brakes with electronic brake distribution, vehicle stability assist and Honda’s Advanced Compatibility Engineering (ACE) body structure.

Destination and handling for the Civic Si sedan is $595. It goes on sale today at U.S. Honda dealers.
