Hyundai Rolls Out Refreshed ’23 Palisade
Hyundai’s 2023 Palisade features aggressive exterior cues and a high-tech, comfortable interior. The XRT model showcases even more outdoorsy looks, including dark wheels, grille and roof racks.
NEW YORK – The 2023 Hyundai Palisade has a more aggressive grille, a massaging driver’s seat and a few Hyundai firsts, including heated third-row seats and adjustable-angle second-row armrests.
Debuting at the New York International Auto Show, the Palisade fullsize SUV gets a midcycle refresh that underscores Hyundai’s commitment to delivering hot new features intended to set its models apart in its segment. The Palisade competes in the Wards Large CUV segment against its Kia Telluride stablemate and sales leaders such as the Toyota Highlander, Chevrolet Traverse and Honda Pilot.
Other gee-whiz features include a 12.0-in. (30.5-cm) navigation screen (pictured, below left), Wi-Fi hotspot, Digital Key 2 Touch that charges both Android and Apple phones, and driver-assistance technology, including smart parking assistance.

Those who want to step up the outdoorsy vibe can choose the XRT model that includes dark-finished 20-in. alloy wheels, a power sunroof, a dark-finished front grille, black roof rails and black leatherette seats.
The Palisade is powered by the same 3.8L V-6 that produces 291 hp. Those who opt for the AWD model can add HTRAC All-Wheel-Drive system Tow Mode to haul up to 5,000 lbs. (2,268 kg). The Palisade arrives at dealerships this summer.
