Delphi Corp. and Bosal Group of Belgium form a strategic alliance that promises to step up the competition in the exhaust sector.
The non-equity alliance, Bosal Delphi Complete Exhaust Systems, will bring together Delphi's “hot” exhaust expertise in manifolds and catalytic converters with Bosal's “cold” exhaust expertise (lightweight mufflers and piping).
