General Motors built this dynamic tilt rig at its Powertrain Engineering Development Center in Pontiac, MI. The video shows testing of the all-new fifth-generation small-block, a 6.2L OHV V-8 that will power the new '14 Chevrolet Corvette. GM executives say the Pontiac center will get a second dynamic tilt stand within six months.
