Eventually, as many as 125 Lear employees will occupy the new Lear Innovation Center in downtown Detroit, as well as 10 students each from College for Creative Studies and Wayne State University School of Engineering. Lear President and CEO Matt Simoncini is confident the work here will result in breakthrough seating solutions that will transform the automotive experience.
