WardsAuto captured a top national and regional Gold award for its website redesign from the American Society of Business Press Editors, one of several national and regional 2016 Azbees awarded the publication.

The redesigned WardsAuto was launched in November with new branding and colors, a cleaner layout and emphasis on key topics such as Engines, Interiors, Technology and Dealers.

Drew Winter was awarded national and regional Silver awards in the Web Commentary category for two columns: Car Sharing, Autonomous Cars, No Existential Threat and Autonomous Cars Will Need Ethics, Morals and NASCAR Mode.

WardsAuto Art Director Susan (Bamford) Kozik won a national Bronze award and regional Silver for an opening page design for the story CAFE Jitters.

Regional Silver awards were garnered in the Special Section category for our 2015 Wards 10 Best Interiors coverage and in the Web Feature Article category for China’s Auto Industry in Crucible of Change, by David E. Zoia.

The Azbee awards are given out by the business-press association annually in recognition of outstanding work by magazines, newsletters and digital media.
