The Detroit Auto Dealers Assn. and local radio station WJR-AM developed a new program that focuses on the auto industry.

“In The Driver's Seat” airs 6-7 p.m. Sundays. It is co-hosted by Association Executive Director Rod Alberts and public relations representative Joe Rohatynski.

Each show features three segments: automotive retailing/auto dealer community; manufacturers and suppliers; and auto shows and events.

Among other things, the show hopes to demystify the dealer experience, and provide insight into the day-to-day activities of the auto dealership and its role in the community.
