A panel of Wards 10 Best Engines judges discusses the winning entries in this year's competition, as well as the rest of the field. In all, the editors evaluated 31 powertrains. Winners were announced Dec. 10, and a ceremony honoring them is set for Jan. 13 in Detroit.
