Chicago Auto Show Goers Pick Favorites
More than four in 10 persons who voted in the 2006 Chicago Auto Show's inaugural Best of Show Balloting consider the Ford Shelby GT 500 the top all-new production vehicle. More than four in 10 persons who voted in the 2006 Chicago Auto Show's inaugural “Best of Show Balloting” consider the Ford Shelby GT 500 the top all-new production vehicle.
“This show is renowned for its consumer impact and it focuses on the buying public, who express their opinions with their dollars at dealership showrooms,” says Arthur Kelly, show chairman.
The Jeep display, which won top exhibit honors, featured a test track and waterfall. The second-place nearby Dodge display also had a test track.
