Ralph Gilles, credited for designing the Chrysler 300, became vice president-Jeep/truck and component design for the Chrysler Group, effective April 1.
Gilles joined Chrysler in 1992 after graduating from Detroit's College for Creative Studies, formerly the Center for Creative Studies.
