Kia Motors Corp. will unveil a 3-seat electric-vehicle concept at the Paris auto show Sept. 30.

Dubbed the POP, the concept measures about 9.8 ft. (3 m) in overall length.

Kia released photos of the car but is not divulging any details of its powertrain or projected performance.

The 2-door model features a panoramic clear roof and an expansive, bulging glass rear hatch. The electrical port for recharging the car is located at the rear, just below the hatch.

The wheelbase is stretched as far as possible to maximize interior room, with only a short overhang at the front end.

Inside, a single bench seat accommodates the three occupants, and the dashboard sweeps away dramatically from the steering column to provide extra legroom for the two passengers.
