Just a week after announcing his resignation from General Motors Corp., Mark McNabb will become president and CEO of Maserati North America Inc. on June 1.

Maserati North America is headquartered in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

Prior to joining GM last year, McNabb served shortly as the vice president-sales and marketing, for Nissan North America Inc. He also held other positions within Nissan’s global operations.
