Ferrari-Maserati of Fort Lauderdale, FL, opened a new state-of-the-art luxury showroom.

“High-performance, luxury Italian automobiles, Ferraris and Maseratis are literally mechanical works of art,” says owner Garrett Hayim. “We needed a showroom that was the perfect setting to show off the craftsmanship and aesthetic beauty of these amazing automobiles and to accomplish this, we simply had to build one to suit our needs.”

The former Shelton Ferrari-Maserati, an institution for 26 years, underwent an extreme makeover, including the new addition of a 10,000-sq.-ft. Maserati showroom connected to the existing 20,000-sq.-ft. Ferrari showroom.

In the works for Hayim are a Rolls-Royce outlet and another Maserati location. He says he doesn't sell cars, but provides “experiences.”

Upon entry, a concierge welcomes guests, offering automotive connoisseurs an espresso or a showroom tour. The showroom is equipped with nine 50-in, plasma TVs, creating a mega-sized television zone described as perfect for Formula 1 enthusiasts to watch races.

The new showroom has extended the number of services bay to 18 — reducing a sometimes 3-week service wait to days.

Hayim says he's hand-picked managers and associates skilled in matching cars and drivers.
