What’s New for ’12
The new-generation SLK has redesigned exterior and interior styling.
New standard equipment includes rain-sensing wipers, LED daytime-running lights, power-folding/auto-dimming side mirrors, power memory seats with enhanced lumbar support, HD Radio, integrated garage door opener, rearview mirror with an integrated compass and electronic parking brake.
The SLK 250 has a new 1.8L I-4 engine.
The SLK350 is powered by a new 3.5L V-6 engine.
The SLK55 AMG features a new 5.5L V-8 engine
The new transmission has an advanced torque converter lockup clutch that provides even better fuel mileage, more responsive driving, quieter operation and increased durability.
