DC Mulls Sprinter Capacity
DaimlerChrysler AG is considering Dodge Sprinter van capacity in the U.S., although no decision has been made. DCX has seen sales of its work van outpace like-2004 by 76.8% through May. Current models are shipped from Dusseldorf, Germany. DC previously planned to build a van assembly facility in Pooler, GA, but nixed the idea in 2003.
