Nissan Light Trucks See Slight Increases for ’07
The '07 Nissan Frontier, which gets two new Crew Cab models (SE and LE Long Bed), begins at $16,050 for a Frontier King Cab XE 4x2 with manual transmission.

Nissan North America Inc. announces pricing for its ’07 SUVs and Murano cross/utility vehicle.
For ’07, Nissan’s fullsize SUV, the Armada, will begin at $34,950 for SE 4x2 and SE 4x2 FFV (flex-fuel vehicle) trims, up from a base price of $34,700 for the ’06 model.
The Armada tops out at $43,050 for LE 4x4 and LE 4x4 FFV trims, up from $42,800 last year.
The Armada sees a horsepower increase from 305 hp to 317 hp for the ’07 model year, Nissan says.
The ’07 Nissan Frontier, which gets two new Crew Cab models (SE and LE Long Bed), begins at $16,050 for a Frontier King Cab XE 4x2 with manual transmission, a $150 increase from the ’06 model year. A Frontier Crew Cab LE LWB 4x4 with a 5-speed automatic transmission is $27,500.
The ’07 Nissan Pathfinder begins at $25,600 for a 4x2 S trim, up $200.
Minor changes for ’07 include a front-passenger auto up/down and auto reverse front power windows and optional integrated auxiliary audio jack.
The Nissan Xterra will begin at $20,050 for a 4x2 X trim with 6-speed manual transmission, unchanged from ’06 pricing. Xterra pricing tops out at $27,950 for a 4x4 SE with 5-speed automatic gearbox, up $200 from ’06 pricing.
For ’07, Xterra SE buyers receive standard body side molding and MP3 audio playback. Those selecting 4x4 Off-Road Xterras get a leather-wrapped steering wheel and sunglass holder, as well as standard mudguards (all 4x4 models receive the latter).
The Titan fullsize pickup truck begins at $23,700 for a King Cab XE 4x2 model and reaches $36,200 for a Titan Crew Cab LE 4x4 trim, both increases of $300 from ’06.
The Titan also sees a 12-hp increase to 317 hp, and torque is rated at 385 lb.-ft. (521 Nm), up from 379 lb.-ft. (514 Nm). There also are various appearance upgrades.
The ’07 Nissan Murano CUV will begin at $27,750 for an S front-wheel-drive trim, up $150 from last year, and top out at $31,850 for an all-wheel-drive SE model, also a $150 price hike.
A standard tire pressure monitoring system is added for all ’07 Muranos, as is a seatbelt warning lamp.
Meanwhile, Nissan says it is raising Versa subcompact pricing $100 for all ’07 hatchback models. The Versa now starts a $12,550 for a 1.8 S trim with 6-speed manual transmission.
The ’07 light trucks are set to go on sale this month at U.S. Nissan dealerships. The auto maker says a $10-$45 increase will be seen in destination and handling charges, depending on the model purchased.
