Corsa Transforms to Corsavan in Paris
The concept van features black side panels in place of the Corsa’s side windows, but maintains coupe-like exterior lines, Opel notes.

The all-new 3-door Opel Corsa hatchback undergoes a styling metamorphosis to become the Corsavan panel van that will bow next week at the Paris auto show.

General Motors Corp.’s Adam Opel GmbH subsidiary will roll out the new concept, billed as an interpretation of a future sporty urban van.
The Opel/Vauxhall Corsavan is finished in the same glossy “glamour red” as the Opel GT Concept shown at Geneva earlier this year.
The model features black side panels in place of the Corsa’s side windows, while maintaining coupe-like exterior lines, the auto maker notes.
Other sporty features include red front brake callipers, 17-in. alloy wheels and a VXR styling pack that incorporates a new front bumper, side sills and a rear spoiler.
The Corsavan also boasts black leather sports seats and piano-lacquer surfaces, similar to those found in the Corsa hatchback. A fully lined cargo bay completes the panel van’s interior.
The concept car is powered the new Corsa 1.3L CDTi engine and 6-speed gearbox.
