Florida luxury bespoke truck builder E.C.D. Automotive Design rolls out its 150th truck, known as Project Savage.

E.C.D. describes the Defender 110 as an ultimate vehicle concept and says it is the most innovative and powerful vehicle ever built by the company.

The powerhouse behind Project Savage is a Chevrolet LS3 6.2L V-8 with performance upgrades and a custom ECU tune, boosting it to nearly 600 hp.

It was hand-built to the buyer’s specifications at E.C.D.’s 35,000-sq.-ft. (3,251-sq.-m) Rover Dome, the company headquarters in Kissimmee, FL.

The D110 has advanced systems never used on an E.C.D. vehicle before, including a wireless winch system that allows full use of the winch remotely within 50 ft. (15 m) of the vehicle.

Cosmetic innovations include an extended center console reaching the middle row, providing passengers with wireless charging pads for mobile devices, rear climate controls, heated and ventilated seats, and premium sound with ten JL Audio speakers.

Every E.C.D. vehicle is 4-wheel drive, but Project Savage has been upgraded with front- and rear-axle limited-slip differentials, a 2-in. (51-mm) lift suspension kit and a hydro-boost braking system.

E.C.D., founded in 2013, produces 40 vehicles annually and has a second design studio in Malibu, CA.
