Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney, TX, is constructing what is described as the first dealership in the nation seeking green building certification.
The dealership will use approximately 75% recycled materials during construction, including aluminum, steel, tile and carpeting.
“There are some things you do just because it is the right thing to do. This is one of those,” says Pat Lobb.
The dealership is seeking certification through the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design
